Visual creator & designer

What we are looking for:

  • You have a passion for product design and product renderings
  • You enjoy creating visualisations, presentations and animations to empower a concept
  • You are in your element when using both 3D (CAD + rendering) software and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • You like to be challenged within deadlines
  • You have an interest or experience in the ‘world of cooking’
  • You have an eye for detail
  • You have an interest in the latest trends/colours and market related innovations
  • You are a creative wizard and you like to think outside the box

 

Your competences:

  • You can effortlessly transform a product briefing into a functional and visually appealing design that aligns with our design language
  • You can easily create product renderings and concept visualisations using Keyshot
  • You can smoothly build a digital presentation for sales-oriented purposes with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • You are a team player, supporting our freelance product designers and our graphic department
  • You are able to translate client briefings into various derivatives such as presentations and visualisations of shop concepts
  • You understand the power of visualisation and storytelling and will take our concepts to the next level with your renderings
  • You have knowledge of product materialisations, production technologies and techniques
  • You have experience with 3D printing machines (fast-prototyping)
  • Instigate and maintain up to date distribution contracts with all distributors in liaison with legal department and CEO

  • Experience in booth designs and displays is a plus

 

Your profile:

    • Degree: Master Product Development / Product Design or equivalent through experience
    • Languages: English (fluent) / French (basic) / Dutch (fluent)
    • Software: 3D CAD software (preferably Solidworks or Rhino 3D), rendering software (preferably Keyshot) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) holds no secrets for you
    • You like to be challenged within deadlines
    • You have an interest or experience in the ‘world of cooking’
    • You have an eye for detail
    • You have an interest in the latest trends/colours and market related innovations
    • You are a creative wizard and you like to think outside the box

Export sales manager & Business developer Europe & USA

To keep the pace with our exponential growth, we are eager to strengthen our team with an Export Sales Manager/Business Developer.

 

What we are looking for:

An ambitious, result-driven senior Export Sales Manager/Business Developer Europe & USA who will lead the growth of our brand, maximizing opportunities for sales through various sales channels:

  • Build the profitable sales of BergHOFF products in the defined geographical regions
  • Maintain high levels of service to all existing customers and ensure the correct trade distribution and presentation of BergHOFF
  • Manage the annual sales and marketing plan for the key customers.

 

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for setting the strategy to achieve the sales goals for your region. This includes:

  • Establish ambitious but realistic budget plans which you strongly believe will deliver
  • Develop pricing models for every customer to ensure the correct balance between the profitability of all partners in the distribution chain.
  • Maintain detailed records of all BergHOFF customers including key contacts, key issues, historical orders.
  • Plan and implement a programme of cost effective, regular visiting to all key markets on a cycle determined by business potential and requirements.
  • Attend trade fairs as appropriate for each market
  • Ensure all orders and correspondence with customer services are accurate and complete
  • Liaise with Marketing Department to ensure correct marketing support for all customers and the effective use of BergHOFF marketing and POS material.
  • Report key customer statistics including orders, sell through, marketing actions, competitive actions always ensuring being in full control of your budget versus sales targets
  • Instigate and maintain up to date distribution contracts with all distributors in liaison with legal department and CEO.

  • You report directly to the management team.

 

Competences & Skills

You have an Entrepreneurial can-do attitude and you are an independent goal achiever with :

  • International sales experience including proven track of success
  • Retail experience and able to manage various channels
  • You can operate on a strategic level with customers always keeping a down to earth approach
  • You are only satisfied when business grows
  • You’re ambitious to work in a young, dynamic, international evolving business 
  • Able to define and execute strategy plans to key business stakeholders
  • You leave no stone unturned to get to your goals
  • You are making the difference instead of waiting for the difference to be presented
  • A healthy lifestyle and interest in cooking and food
  • Excellent listening, communicating, and negotiating skills
  • A true team player - you put the customer, the company, and the team ahead of your own goals
  • IT literate and able to establish sound pricing strategy (numerical analysis ability)
  • You are fluent in English and French.
